1. What kind of financing is available?
A. Lease, lease-purchase and purchase. Low municipal financing is available for public agencies. We also offer some private financing for private parties, pending qualifications.

2. What is the time frame from order to delivery?
A. Complexity of the project is always a factor, but usually 60 to 90 days after state and local approvals (where applicable). Please note that, unlike some other manufacturers, we quote realistic delivery dates and honor those commitments.

3. Do your buildings meet all DSA (Division of the State Architect)and DOH (Department of Housing) requirements?
A. Yes.

4. What about ADA and similar regulations?
A. Yes, our buildings are fully compliant with all applicable ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), UBC (Unified Building Code), DSA (Division of the State Architect), and DOH (Department of Housing) requirements.

5. What's the life span of a portable?
A. It's the same as conventional construction.

6. How much do portables cost?
A. It depends on what your final needs are, and who'll be using the building. Prices start as low as $30 per square foot.

7. Can my portable have plumbing, cabinets and/or restrooms?
A. Certainly! Many of our standard plans include these features, and we can include almost any features you'd like in our custom plans.

8. Do I get to choose the paint color?
A. Yes. Unlike many manufacturers, we'll paint your building any color you desire!

9. How many times can I move a portable?
A. While most districts only move them 2 or 3 times, we have buildings in our lease fleet that have been relocated many times. We "over-design" our buildings to stand up to repeated moves.

10. What kind of flooring is used in your portables?
A. They come standard with carpet, but can be ordered with vinyl or tile (or just about any popular flooring you desire).

11. Do your portables come with ramps?
A. Yes, they come with a standard 5' x 7' landing and a 12' ramp. You are responsible for the transition at the bottom of the ramp. We also have a fully equipped metal shop that can fabricate custom ramps and landings of any shape or size.

12. Once the building is delivered, how long does it take to set up?
A. The installation of a 24' x 40' classroom typically takes one day. Most other standard buildings take 2 to 3 days.

13. How are your buildings delivered?
Our truckers transport them on special "lowboy" trailers, following special routes approved by Caltrans.
